Randy Biedrzycki - Owner & Operator

Randy has proudly operated ClearWater Pool Services for over 10 years. He continues the family tradition of exceptional service while bringing fresh energy and modern techniques to every job. Servicing the entire tri-county area, Randy specializes in complete pool filtration system diagnostics, pump and filter repairs, chemical balancing, and preventative maintenance programs and water testing.

When he's not elbows-deep in a pool filter, Randy enjoys fishing on local lakes. His love for water systems extends from his hobby to his profession - he loves solving complex circulation and filtration problems that keep your pool crystal clear all season long.

Gary Newell - Business Administrator & Events Coordinator

Gary brings over 15 years of customer service and business management experience to the team. As our Business Administrator, he ensures every client receives prompt scheduling, clear communication, and accurate billing. Gary also coordinates our popular community events and educational workshops on pool maintenance.

A lifelong swimmer and former high school coach, Gary is passionate about helping families enjoy safe, clean swimming environments. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail make him the perfect point of contact for all your pool service needs.

Lucas Biedrzycki - Chief Repair Technician & Pool Installation Specialist

Lucas Biedrzycki founded ClearWater Pool Services in Dunedin Florida over 30 years ago and successfully ran the business for 20 years before passing the torch to his son Randy. Though retired from day-to-day operations, Lucas remains our Chief Repair Technician and leads all major pool installations and complex repairs.

With decades of hands-on experience, Lucas or "Luke" as his friends call him - has seen (and fixed) every type of pool system imaginable. His deep knowledge of legacy equipment combined with modern upgrades makes him an invaluable asset to our customers and the rest of the team. In his spare time Lucas grows potatoes with his two grand-daughters, and loves hunting and fishing.
